Random Thoughts In My Mind

The world has become an amusing place...

We need Facebook to tell others how we are feeling

We need Twitter to have an opinion

We need Instagram to enjoy our food

We need Snapchat to cherish memories

And most of all, we need an internet connection to have a life...

Shanky, Make Sandwiches!!!

So, apart from stalking others' blogs, I go through my own posts too. And I think last few posts were really not so good. Therefore, this post is about something that I haven't done in any of the previous posts. And after getting positives feedbacks about it from my friends, I thought I should document it. And what better place than my blogspace. So, here goes...

The Graduate

This is neither about the 1967 movie, nor the novel from which it was adapted. It's about me, a simple engineering graduate from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Mumbai monsoon

It's my 3rd visit to this amazing city, but still feels like my first. I wonder if the people who have been living here for 10-12 years still find this place amazing. Maybe this city has something new to offer everyday. I certainly hope so. The  buildings, the stories, the smell, the people, the local...they have never failed to surprise me.

Speaking of locals, I was just wondering...where I living in Nagpur get to see the trains and stations once or twice in month, lives of some people move around the Mumbai local, and that too on a daily basis. Likewise, they're quite many differences. You never see people hanging their backpacks in front instead of back, but here it's so normal. There are many 'normal' things you will find here that would otherwise seem queer. Necessity is the mother of invention as they say. Necessity also makes you walk a lot. I mean, being in a relatively small city and owning a vehicle, you rarely work your legs, unless you go on a walk everyday which is not everyone's cup of tea. Here, you will have to put your legs to use at every point of day.

I also found the answers to my questions. I still haven't found the ultimate goal I am going to chase, but I do know where to look. And that's a start.

Two days have passed since I arrived in Mumbai. Fortunately, one thing hasn't changed...the booze :D

Stay blessed ^_^

Nothing to do, nothing to think, nothing to blog

I am sure everyone must have crossed this phase at least once where they plan about the things they will do and say and blog when they become free ifrom whatever thing that is keeping them busy at the current moment. But when they do break out of the cage to pursue the job they had planned before, something feels different. You rind yourself at a point where you don't know where or how to begin, even though you had planned it before. You were so excited about it before but now you are just clueless.

Same thing is happening with me. My 8th semester exams are over. I had so many things planned...I would start writing tutorials, make my own website, try video logging, etc etc. But now I'm just sitting in front of the computer screen and warming my seat, having no clue as to where and how to begin. Hope this block doesn't last long.

It turns out you can't get loan to pursue education in animation. All my hopes to pursue my dream after completing graduation have been thwarted. Am going to Mumbai to find an alternative and get some guidance about future.

Hope your life is quite interesting. Stay blessed ^_^
